Front-end Developer (React) - --Coventry

£35000 - £57000 per annum + 25 days holiday etc

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Front-end Developer to work on exciting projects for a leading company.

We are looking for an experienced web application developer with at least 3 years of commercial web development experience, including at least 2 years using React, who cares deeply about delighting users and producing high quality, maintainable applications.


You will

* Have experience working in teams to write accessible, fully tested, mobile-first React applications
* Be developing our new web applications, as well as training and mentoring more junior developers as they learn to use React, to ensure the team is constantly productive
* Be up to date with the latest developments in web application development, including React Hooks. It will be great if you also know about TypeScript, GraphQL and MobX
* Have excellent communication and team collaboration skills with a positive attitude, genuine energy and enthusiasm for the technology
* Work in a friendly, informal and intellectually stimulating workplace supporting talented and experienced software developers and testers
* Be part of a skilled scrum team which takes a dedicated agile and test-driven approach to development, based in our modern Coventry office, equipped with excellent facilities

* JavaScript/TypeScript

It would be a bonus if you also have experience with some of these technologies:

* Cypress
* Material-UI
* Linux
* Docker/Kubernetes
