Healthcare (IT) Sales Manager

My client is looking for a South East / Midlands based Sales Manager to join them and be instrumental to the expansion of their already impressive healthcare portfolio.

My client has enjoyed success with a range of NHS and other healthcare organisations, installing a range of WiFi and media delivery solutions, but now is looking for a Healthcare (IT) Sales Manager to target specific opportunities throughout the NHS and healthcare sector and develop new business opportunities.


Main aim as Healthcare Sales Executive will be to drive sales forward; this will be completed through on site customer meetings and presentations as well as phone contact and account management.

* To target and identify specific opportunities throughout the Healthcare sector, as directed.
* To act as a trusted advisor on behalf of the company with prospective clients to solve their problems and create opportunities.
* Selling the companies solution to compliment the organisation’s existing technologies and architectures face to face or video conferencing.
* Present accurate sales forecast in line with company targets on a monthly basis.
* Deliver or exceed sales targets and gross margin targets as agreed with Director of Healthcare UK.
* Support marketing activities and be part of our stands at exhibits, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events.
* Work with current, and identify potential new strategic partnerships.

Skills and Experience required:

* Good pipeline management skills, CRM discipline and good time keeping.
* Experience of sales techniques along with a history of sales in Software and System Integration solutions to large corporate enterprises or public sector.
* Proven track record and consistently achieving sales targets in the last 3 years.
* Ability to deliver high quality sales presentations to prospective clients.
* Ability to deal with high level contacts (CEO, CFO etc.)
* Excellent closing skills.
* Ability to retain strong internal staff relationships.
* Ability to make technical presentations and demonstrate how our solution meets client needs.
* Strong communication skills with internal project delivery teams to understand the sales objectives and any relevant client feedback.
