Customer call centre vacancy in Exeter.


Analyse content of interaction between Customers and Clients by evaluating content of telephone calls.

Required Skills:

High level of English, written, spoken and listening

Good level of IT/computer skills/MS Office

Interest in technology is advantageous, but not essential.

Other languages are an advantage: Russian, Turkish, Polish, Finnish, Hindi or Danish

Call centre experience desirable but not essential
