Role Responsibilities:

– Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, quality systems, and technical governance.
– Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met across all projects.
Skills and Experience Required:
– Proven track record in full lifecycle product development in embedded systems or electronics/software and leasing with Mechanical.
– Strong understanding of regulated industry development processes – Desirable
– Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
– Deep familiarity with product development methodologies and management techniques.
– Advanced commercial awareness and project financial acumen, including forecasting and risk management.
