Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

WA Consultants Ltd remains fully supportive of the Modern Slavery Act and its aims, and we will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Our business is managed carefully and responsibly with a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery.

This statement is published for the financial year ending September 2024 in line with the requirements set out in Section 54(1), Prt 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

WA Consultants is a leading international technology recruitment company. We understand that modern slavery can occur at any stage of the supply chain and we expect the same high standards from all our contractors and suppliers and as part of our contracting processes. We expect them to share our requirement for zero tolerance to any form of modern slavery.

We have implemented policies and procedures designed to protect our candidates and clients from acts of Modern Slavery. We continue to train our employees to identify the signs of Modern Slavery and how to report any suspicions that they might come across. All employees are required to read our Modern Slavery policy. When candidate details are added to our database, duplicate telephone numbers, addresses and bank account details can be identified helping to signal potential patterns.

We measure effectiveness of steps we undertake to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and our supply chain against the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

We have no reported breaches of the Modern Slavery Act during the year, in our business and our supply chain.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking still remains a high risk to businesses and supply chains and we are fully committed to continuously reviewing and taking the relevant steps to tackle Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.
