We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in delivering outstanding service from initial enquiry through to order completion.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work closely with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
📜The Role
As a key member of the Sales Administration team, you will:
* Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams.
* Support customers throughout the order process from quotation to delivery.
* Prepare quotations and provide accurate product information using the CRM system.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Handle customer queries and provide timely updates throughout the customer journey.
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and support.
