Production Engineer

I’m currently recruiting for a Production Engineer to join an established engineering company developing and manufacturing high-value, low-volume electromechanical systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the link between R&D, Production, Quality and Operations, helping bring products from design into manufacture whilst solving the technical challenges that come with it.
The Role:
* Act as the bridge between Engineering and Manufacturing
* Support new product introduction and engineering changes
* Create and maintain work instructions, BOMs and engineering documentation
* Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause investigations
* Support the production of complex electromechanical products
* Work closely with Design, Quality and Production teams to ensure products move smoothly into manufacture
What They’re Looking For:
* Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, NPI Engineer, Engineering Technician or Production Team Lead background
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Experience working with engineering drawings, BOMs and technical documentation
* Understanding of electronics, embedded systems or mechanical engineering
* Ability to communicate across both engineering and manufacturing teams
This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and making sure products are successfully transferred from development into production.
