📢 Senior Lettings Negotiator 💷 DOE 📍 Exeter & Surrounding
I’m looking for an experienced lettings professional to step into a senior role within a busy, growing team. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the department while still being hands-on with clients & deals.
You’ll work closely with the Lettings Manager, help keep things running smoothly, & be someone the team can rely on for guidance & support.
What you’ll be doing :-
* Helping keep the team on track with lettings targets & daily activity
* Supporting & guiding junior team members
* Building strong relationships with landlords & tenants
* Managing re-lets & making sure properties are marketed quickly
* Handling rent reviews in line with current legislation
* Pitching in with admin & general team support when needed
* Spotting opportunities to win new business & grow the portfolio
What we’re looking for :-
* Solid experience in residential lettings
* Confident, organised, & proactive
* Great with people & problem-solving
* A team player who’s happy to support others
